CF Dream Holidays is a registered charity for children with Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Through sponsorship and fundraising, we provide young people and their families with free respite holidays throughout the UK. We only accept referrals from hospital consultants, doctors, CF nurses and social workers.

We only accept referrals from hospital consultants, doctors, CF nurses and social workers. Please ask your hospital consultant, doctor, nurse or social worker to refer you. Ask them to download a referral form and send it back to us. We will run a number of checks to make sure that the claim is genuine.

Full service description:

We work with all of the major hospitals and CF centres in the UK, all of whom agree that the breaks we provide are a vital part of a CF child’s treatment. All of the families that we provide breaks for are referred to us by either the Consultant, Nurse or Hospital Social Worker. The CF team are vital in identifying the neediest cases; by only working with referrals and not accepting applications directly from families it means that the full screening process for eligibility is undertaken by the hospital and is based on the child’s health and well being, thus ensuring it is the truly needy families that benefit. We provide a full service for the families, including arranging and advising on suitable locations within the UK, booking and paying for the holiday and travel costs. This way we take all the stress away from the families. You may need to wait a few months but we always prioritise children who are most in need. Once we have found your dream holiday, then we will finalise the details with you, and book it. You will not pay anything for your accommodation and sometimes we can even include meals and spending money.
