Respitality is a service concept which utlises the services of the hospitality sector (hotels and guest houses) for short break/respite purposes. Respitality has been operating successfully in America for a number of years. Shared Care Scotland is working with Capability Scotland and the hospitality sector in Scotland to explore the benefits of introducing Respitality here.

The CSUG will support Shared Care Scotland by advising on project development ideas, new services and research as well as providing feedback on the overall impact of our work. The project will be led by a member of the Shared Care Scotlanf Board.
