Shared Care Scotland uses the details supplied by Service Providers to provide an information service to the general public.
The information on the Shared Care Scotland database is:
- Published on our website
- Referred to occasionaly in newsletters and other publications
- Used by Shared Care Scotland staff in the process of dealing with telephone or written enquiries
- Made available to non-commercial organisations to assist in the compilation of carer service directories
Only information about your services are published. Your personal contact details, as our organisational contact person, are held independently on an administrative database which is only used internally and is not distributed.
If there are any details which you prefer not to be made available to the general public but which may be held by us in the office, please contact us on 01383 622462 to discuss this further.
We would like to keep information about your organisation on this database but we will remove any details at your written request.
Checking the box beside the statement "I confirm that I have read the information on Inclusion Criteria and Data Protection" will be required before you can proceed with registration. This means that you have read this statement and give consent for your details as a Service Provider, and the details of the organisation you represent, to be used for the purposes stated.
