New Carer Training Grant Fund Launched
The Scottish Government has made available a grand fund of £125,000 to Voluntary Sector Organisations providing training for carers and young carers.
The National Carer Organisation's Training Consortium, which includes Shared Care Scotland invites you to consider making an application to Carers Scotland.

How it works
The purpose of the Opportunity Wall is to allow short break services to promote special offers, events or discounts, or to seek help, if for example they have volunteering opportunities available. (These may be short term opportunities, for example some help to redecorate a facility or landscape a garden, or you may be looking for a longer relationship, if for example you need volunteer drivers or befrienders.)
Use the online form to tell us what you are offering or what you need and we'll add this to the Opportunity Wall and circulate your request to our network. Include a website link if you can.
You may of course be in a position to help others, for example if you have expereince of fundraising, marketing, running events and so on. If you'd like to offer your help in a voluntary capacity please let us know.
Opportunities will be posted for 3 months maximum and then removed. However you can resubmit your opportunity if you want us to advertise again.
