‘Your Entire Self’ (YES)
We aim for our service to tie in with the uniqueness of each person we have the pleasure to host. We have chats about mindfulness and how it can help in daily life. We touch on mindfulness with eating, walking, listening and sight. We do mindfulness walking on the beach and in the forest, allowing for the body and mind to totally relax, unwind and enjoy the freedom of having nowhere to rush to and no tasks to be done.
The aim is to have each person leave with happy memories of fun times as well as equipped with some coping strategies. Also for each person to arrive as a stranger and leave as a friend.
