Full service description:

Ageless Companions are compassionate about people and understand that loneliness and isolation can be experienced by many. Through good conversations with the individual, family members and any other relevant parties, outcomes are identified and support is agreed. As every individual is different, we are aware that the need for support varies, which is reflected in the dedicated Service we provide, offering the best person centred support to the individual. We also understand that being a carer affects us all in different ways. The ongoing responsibility of attending to someone else’s needs may mean that your own needs are often neglected. Ask yourself when you last had time to meet friends, go out or do whatever hobbies and activities you used to enjoy doing. Leisure time often disappears for carers as they find they have no time for it and yet it is one of the best stress relievers. By us supporting your loved one for a few hours a week, you can re-establish previous leisure activities and a well needed break from your caring role is achieved.
