Full service description:

We provide a variety of children's services including, home care, befriending, a sitter service, day facilities for short break/respite purposes, and support for accessing other services. Services are available for all families in and around Dundee, Perth and Kinross, Angus and Fife, and are tailored to meet the individual needs of each child being cared for with workers experienced in the type of care provided allocated to each family. Care can be provided to complement other services or to ensure access, by providing transport either with, or without, an additional escort. The care is available seven days a week from 7am until 10.30pm and can be delivered either in the child's own home or at any previously risk assessed venue. The sessions can be from one hour long and can be used on an occasional or regular basis, at times to best suit the needs of each family. Workers can also provide additional support for family outings and at social events if required. Group care can be provided at Families' House Community Daycare Centre in Fintry Dundee, open from 7am till 7 pm seven days a week. Children can be taken to activities, such as social events, bowling or the cinema, depending on what they would prefer to do, with each session being planned with their worker.

Charges for 1:1 care on application, daycare services at Families House. Please contact us for up to date pricing.

What is included/not included in the price of the break:

Basic charges cover the cost of the worker provided and the management and administration of the service. Additional charges are made for staff travel with the client and any activity costs. All charges will be agreed with the client prior to the session.

We can provide care in holiday accommodation (hotels, self catering), where a carer is available in that area.
