Brief description:

We aim to prevent carers becoming ill through exhaustion and therefore being unable to carry on caring. We provide care throughout the East Banff and Buchan area with trained care attendants who are local people trained to meet the needs of the person being cared for, as well as the needs of the carer.

Full service description:

We give carers peace of mind by providing them with time to themselves to relax, go to the shops, socialise, or just rest knowing their loved one is being well looked after in their own home. We provide practical help and support to any carer, regardless of the age of the person being cared for. We also run Children's Clubs in Fraserburgh, along with Holiday Play Schemes. We have care attendants who are specially trained in the specific needs of children.

Price information:

Normally free to the carer. Hourly rate charged for people who wish to pay for our service Living Fund monies.

All staff are trained to the highest standard as laid down by the National Care Standards and monitored by the Care Commission, this allows them to perform their duties as professionally as possible, whilst providing genuine care.
