Full service description:

Home Instead is owned and operated by a local couple, Andrew and Joanna Senew. We tailor the services we provide to you to ensure we help you achieve what's important to you. We provide a service to adults and in particular those over the age of 65. Our services fall into the following categories: Home Help, Specialist Dementia Care, Overnight Sleepovers, Respite & Convalescence Support, Personal Care. We don't just help you in your home. We can accompany you to appointments and on visits to your favourite places. All our care givers are selected for their caring and compassionate natures. We run extensive background checks on them all. Then we develop their caring skills through market leading training. This includes our City & Guilds accredited dementia care training programme. We use your background and interests to match one of our care givers to you. Then we introduce you to them in person and ensure they visit you consistently. Regular quality assurance reviews give you the opportunity to give us your feedback. Also to discuss any changes you would like to make. As well as reliability we pride ourselves on being responsive. Generally we can start a new service within 24 hours.

Price information:

Many of our clients use self directed support (direct payments) to help towards the cost of the tailored services we provide. To discuss how we can help you call us on 0131 300 0599. We will be happy to give you advice and explore different options with you. Once we understand your needs we will be able to discuss costs and different ways in which you may be able to fund your care.
