Full service description:

For guests travelling without their usual care assistants wanting a holiday care package, or guests travelling with their carers but requiring some hours of care in order to give their usual carers much needed respite, Safehands at The New Mayfair offers a choice of solutions. Choose from Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum bespoke packages which range from assistance in the morning (1-2 hours) through to 24 hour care packages including waking and sleeping watches. Three night, four night and seven night packages all include dinner, bed and breakfast with live entertainment every night plus two day trips. Care staff are available for non personal care assistance during the hours of 8am - 10pm within the hotel. Emergency bedroom call assistance is available between the hours of 10pm - 8pm.
