Full service description:

Our Dementia Advisors offer free impartial support and advice for people living with dementia and their carers, over the phone, email and in person. Our Community Activity Organisers have a wide range of welcoming social groups These include gentle exercise, walking groups, reminiscence including local histories, snooker, adapted golf, golf and football memories, gardening, singing and music, The full list is at www.alzscot/Fife or phone for details. Our Outreach Team work with you to meet your own specific need, for example learning to use new equipment, finding stimulating activities, travelling independently and lots more.

We also offer some on line virtual groups for people who are unable to attend our groups and a Virtual Dementia Resource Centre. We can offer support to set up and learn to use these.
