Full service description:

Dumfries and Galloway Services aim to offer a range of flexible services to meet people's needs. We provide day care in Stranraer, Newton Stewart, Kirkcudbright, Castle Douglas, Dumfries, Thornhill and Ecclefechan. Home Support services are available all across Dumfries and Galloway areas and provide support for people living in their own homes who need assistance and would benefit from social support. We also provide Carer Support through our team of Carer Support Staff. Memory Clinic Link Workers offer support to people who have recently been diagnosed or are in the process of diagnosis. Our Dementia Advisors operate throughout the region raising awareness about the needs of people with dementia and their carers. Community Activity Groups run across the region and range from Football Reminiscence to Musical Minds groups. General information and advice is also available.
