Full service description:

Pleasance Day Centre offers support to older people with dementia, mental health, learning and or physical disability or with mobility problems. We aim to support people stay independent. Our staff offer a full range of care, support and day activities designed to maintain skills and build self-reliance. Our facility is purpose built and offers a service Wednesday to Friday - we can also offer an outreach service. The day centre has a lounge area, dining area and a small room for any confidential meetings. We offer social and leisure activities, 1-1 support and outreach where required.

There is a small charge towards lunch.
