Our bungalows were audited for disabled access and we were awarded the €œLevel M2 standard for disabled access€. This means they offer exceptional standards for those with mobility impairment, where good wheelchair access is essential. The properties all have an individual feel to them and all the fittings are of the highest standard. Wide screen TV’s with Freeview and DVD players, good quality CD players and internet throughout (BT permitting that is!) Subtle dimmer controlled lighting comes as standard throughout all our properties. Leather suites, hardwood tables and chairs provide a luxury feel. Kitchens are fully fitted with every utensil you could possibly require. Bathrooms are huge and luxurious and all bathrooms have separate showers and full sized baths. Not a neighbour in sight for as far as the eye can see, you could get used to this very quickly!

Whether you are a parent of a child with autism, aspergers, ADHD, tourettes or are suffering from other forms of sensory impairment, cerebral palsy or other forms of complex needs, our aim is to provide holidays that meet the needs of the whole family, not just the needs of the family member with special needs. Mental and physical disability can be very claustrophobic for families and for the carers of those who need support. Our hope is that holiday makers at The Thomas Centre will find the sense of space, the peace and tranquillity, the safety and the privacy of our parkland to be a welcome release from the claustrophobic nature of every day life. We also hope that this experience will contribute to a real quality holiday experience for all your family or group. To ensure that your holiday is a success, we always wish to discuss your particular requirements prior to booking. For this reason, we do not provide an on-line booking service, so that we can be sure to match the needs of your family to an appropriate property.

Price information:

With the exception of the school Summer holiday period, we offer short breaks. Short breaks: These run from Mon - Fri (midweek) and Fri - Mon (long weekend). You are welcome to stay for a week or more, simply add the costs together and deduct 20% from the total price. School Holidays: During the School summer holidays we only offer full week prices from Saturday to Saturday.

What is included/not included in the price of the break:

Your stay at The Thomas Centre includes: Use of all of our onsite facilities at no extra charge* All of our on site facilities are included in the cost of your holiday. This includes the swimming pool, indoor and outdoor play areas, soft play, sensory equipment, gym, and go carts. *The only exception is if you choose to book beauty treatments or massage therapies during your stay with one of our therapists. There will be an extra charge for these treatments and this is payable directly to the therapist at the time of your appointment.
