Full service description:

Stirling Carers Centre offers personalised and holistic services to unpaid carers in the Stirling Council area. The main aim of our organisation is to provide a meeting place and focal point for unpaid carers, offering support including accurate and relevant information and advice on caring issues. Our core services include 1:1 emotional support, provision of information and advice, benefit checks/income maximisation for adults, and an extensive range of short breaks provision. Support is offered to all carers irrespective of the condition of the cared for and services are tailored to meet the specific needs of young carers, young adult carers and adult carers. Alongside focusing on individual carer needs, we also promote public awareness of carers' issues to advance and encourage the development of local services for all carers.
