The Short Breaks Fund Learning Exchange is a programme to build evidence of what works within short breaks.
It runs workshops for funded projects to collect and share evidence of best practice and holds regular think tanks to increase collaboration and to inspire new ways of delivering and measuring successful short breaks.
The Short Breaks Fund Learning Exchange has developed and published a range of tools and reports to disseminate good practice. These include an Evaluation Toolkit, a Consultation Toolkit and a Unit Cost calculation tool. These can be found in the Tools section of the website along with other useful downloads.
Short Break: Short Stories is a collection of edited testimony about the impact that small amounts of money can have of someone life. The stories told in the carers words, engage and inspire.
The Short Breaks Stories website is where you’ll find information about all the different projects funded, what was achieved, what was learned and any hot tips for organisations considering similar types of work.
We have also published annual reports summarising what the fund has achieved. These can be found in our Publications page.
