Bempton Beach House is a ground-floor luxury property that can accommodate up to 7 guests. The property has four bedrooms consisting of: 1 king size bed (that can be converted to 2 twin beds) with en-suite wet room, a further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 specialist bedrooms both with a fully profiling bed, ceiling tracking and hoist leading to an en-suite wet room with shower table and shower chair. There is also a family bathroom. Bempton Holiday Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests with five bedrooms consisting of one double, two twin bedrooms and two specialist bedrooms both with a fully profiling bed, ceiling tracking and hoist leading to an en-suite wet room with shower table and shower chair.

Full service description:

Bempton Holiday Villa and Bempton Beach House are both located at a Hoseasons holiday village known as ‘The Bay’ in Filey.  This holiday village is a spacious development of wide boulevards and mews style cul-de-sacs that feature attractive properties reflecting the elegance of a traditional seaside village. The site facilities include the family friendly John Paul Jones pub serving food and refreshments throughout the day and evening, a brasserie and coffee bar, an NHS pharmacy, a leisure and swimming pool complex with hoist access to the pool and a fully accessible changing place with shower and shower table. As guests of our holiday homes access to these facilities is free of charge. Additional onsite facilities include tennis courts, archery, mountain bike hire, putting green, fishing lake, beach activities and a bowling green. These additional leisure facilities can be booked at a small fee through the Hoseasons ‘Bay’ office on site.
