Full service description:
Respite for the carer - giving the carer that much needed 'me time'. Personal care - i.e. help with washing/bathing/dressing and meal preparation Care at Home Service offering short visits or 24 hour care to assist with personal care and meals Domestic support i.e. household duties Befriending - taking the cared for person back into the community on outings of their choice Escort service - i.e. accompanying the visually impaired person to college classes, social events & hospital appointments. We match the ‘right’ care-attendants to the carer/cared for person. The ‘Care Plan’, developed for all of our clients, is evaluated on a regular basis and service provision is changed accordingly.
