I've been part of the Shared Care Scotland team for almost two years, serving as the Short Breaks Fund Manager. With over a decade of experience in both working and volunteering within the third sector, I've dedicated more than six years to grantmaking.
The best part of my role is undoubtedly meeting inspirational carers and the incredible individuals who make Short Breaks happen. I'm consistently in awe of what can be achieved in some of the most challenging environments imaginable. Additionally, I find great satisfaction in the digital aspect of my job, allowing me to build upon skills acquired during my previous experience in the tech industry.
Outside of work, my hobbies include choir, film, and quizzes. However, with a young child, I'm currently finding time for none of these activities!
