We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Operations Assistant to fulfil an important organisation-wide role in providing efficient, accurate and responsive administrative support that helps colleagues, Board members, partners and enquirers work effectively.
If you have skills and experience in delivering administrative and operational support to a busy and diverse team, are self-motivated and keen to develop your knowledge of the health and social care sector then we’d love to hear from you.

We are seeking a Treasurer to join our Board of Directors and provide financial oversight, guidance and assurance as we continue to grow our impact and deliver programmes that make a meaningful difference to carers across Scotland.
As Treasurer, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the organisation remains financially sustainable, robustly governed and well positioned to achieve its strategic ambitions.
Working closely with the Chief Executive, Head of Operations, Chair, Business & Finance Committee and fellow Directors, the Treasurer will oversee the organisation's financial stewardship and support effective financial governance.
The role includes helping the Board understand the organisation's financial position, supporting sound decision-making and ensuring appropriate controls, procedures and reporting arrangements are in place.
We are looking for someone who can bring strong financial expertise together with a commitment to good governance and the values of the voluntary sector. You may already serve as a Treasurer, Finance Director, Chief Finance Officer, accountant or senior financial manager, or you may have gained equivalent experience through leadership roles involving significant financial oversight.
Experience within the charity, public or voluntary sector would be welcomed, but applications from candidates with relevant experience from other sectors are also encouraged.
