I have been with Milan Senior Welfare Organisation since 2018, supporting unpaid carers from the South Asian community. While developing a deep understanding of the challenges carers face, and becoming a strong advocate for their voices across various platforms; I also qualified as a Life Coach, enhancing my ability to provide holistic support to carers and staff, focusing on wellbeing, confidence, and empowerment. 

Part of the Herbert Protocol Steering Group, I contribute to discussions around safeguarding and support for vulnerable people. Aiming to create collaborative, positive change within the wider community.

With valuable experience in leadership, communication from 13 years' experience in banking, and problem-solving background working within South Asian communities, I am passionate about promoting inclusion, equality, and culturally appropriate support in care.
