Brief description:

We provide a wide range of services for a wide range of needs. Our client groups consist of older people, adults with physical, learning or mental health disabilities, and we also have a dedicated dementia care at home service. We can provide services from 24/7 live in care to 15 minute visits.

Full service description:

We offer personal care: getting up/going to bed, washing/dressing/shaving, night sitting, prescription and medication assistance, admin support, paying bills and managing technology. Around your home we offer: cleaning, meal preparation, arranging maintenance and 'odd jobs', and light household chores. We also offer an out and about service which offers: accompanied visits to appointments & social outings, shopping, accessing community activities, studying, work and new skills and attending college or evening classes.
