Full service description:

Birchview is a purpose built house with wheelchair access and tracking hoists in 2 en-suite rooms, providing short breaks/respite to adults with a learning disability. The service operates from a bungalow situated on the same ground as the Moray Resource Centre.  It has its own secure garden to the rear and a parking area to the front. The service is located close to the centre of Elgin. There are four bedrooms at the property, two are en-suite with tracking hoists and the two others share a bathroom facility which provides both a disabled shower and a bath. There is a large communal kitchen/dining area which leads into a communal lounge which has patio doors opening directly onto a fully enclosed attractive garden.
