We work with families and other care agencies to ensure that the support we provide makes a genuine difference. We provide flexible help wherever it is needed; be it at home, college, school, a place of work or leisure and recreation facilities. We offer assistance to live as independently as possible, providing support and enabling with personal care, housework, shopping and preparing meals. We also offer support for people transitioning between services, for example, moving from school, or moving to your own home. We offer support with learning, training, employment or voluntary opportunities, getting out and about and enjoying different social activities: clubs, pubs, cinemas, libraries, community centres, sporting activities like horse riding and swimming or visiting friends and going shopping. The relationship with each person using the service is a partnership, and we take time to get to know individuals.
