Full service description:

By allowing our clients to remain in the comfort of their own home, our service provides a full and reassuring alternative to a residential care home.  We focus on relationships and with visits of two hours or more, we place huge importance on building quality and meaningful relationships. Services we offer include: Home Based Respite Care:  providing family carers with a break on your terms.  Having a respite service in place will enable you to take a break, recharge your batteries and give you some time-out to catch up on hobbies and interests, run some errands or even go away for a few days with friends.  We could consider setting up a week-long/ten-day live-in package for anyone choosing to have a break in holiday accommodation in any of the areas we cover. Elderly Dementia Respite Care:  because we specialise in caring for older people, respite care for clients with Dementia is a huge part of our expertise and forms a significant part of our business. Daytime Care:  Hourly in-home care during the day for those who just need a little bit of support to live at home. We do visits of two hours or more so true relationships can form. Overnight Care:  we have both sleepover care (when a carer is on duty throughout the night and can assist up to three times if you wake up), as well as waking night care (when a carer will be awake all night). Live In Care:  this is when one of our carers lives in your home full-time. They are on-hand to assist with all activities of daily living during both the day and overnight. Our services are offered seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Any other information you think people might find helpful:

We recognise that our pursuit relies on the retention of exceptional people, and we take pride in finding the right people to join our team. We call it, the ‘Bright Care way’. Indeed our reputation, along with our first-class recruitment process, means we only hire the highest calibre of carers. All carers, regardless of past experience, go through our Training Academy. This is an intensive course led by our Staff Training and Development. All carers additionally must complete four modules of e-learning and are fully PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) compliant. They’re also all registered with the SSSC.
