We work with disabled travellers, unpaid carers, families, older people, support workers and care providers to plan holidays that genuinely meet each person's individual requirements. Our service includes accessible accommodation, adapted transfers, airport assistance, accessible cruises, sports travel, family holidays and tailor-made trips both in the UK and abroad.

We take the time to understand every traveller's needs before recommending a holiday and, wherever possible, verify accessibility information directly with suppliers to help avoid unexpected surprises. Whether someone uses a wheelchair, travels with medical equipment, has a hidden disability or simply needs additional support, we provide honest advice and personalised guidance from the initial enquiry through to their return home.

Unlike many people expect, we do not charge our customers a fee for our service. Like traditional high street travel agents, we are paid by our travel suppliers, meaning our specialist knowledge and personalised support come at no extra cost.
