Full service description:

Dementia Adventure has a successful track record in designing and delivering small group short breaks and holidays for people living with dementia and their carers to enjoy together. They design bespoke, supported, adventurous holidays, designed around the level of support you need, from putting in extra support to making sure that all transport, accommodation, and activities are accessible for you. The places on these holidays are limited, so please call us to go through an assessment about your suitability to take part. They also offer training and consultancy that helps other organisations create better choice and opportunities for people with dementia.
