Full service description:
We provide Care at home for service users throughout Falkirk, West Lothian and Lanarkshire.
We can assist with personal care, Medication support, Assistance with meals/ fluids and moving and handling.
We can also support service users into the community to attend appointments, shopping, and activities.
We can provide support to promote social inclusion and relieve carer stress.
Price information:
£25 per hour.
