Full service description:
Oakley ASN provides flexible, person‑centred short breaks and play opportunities for children and young people with additional support needs.
Funded through Better Breaks, our service offers safe, inclusive sessions where children can play, build confidence and enjoy time with peers, while parents and carers can take a break, attend appointments, rest, or spend time with other family members.
Sessions are delivered by experienced, trained staff who understand a wide range of additional needs and work closely with families to ensure support is tailored, consistent and responsive. Breaks can be provided during weekends, school holidays and at other agreed times, depending on family need.
Our approach focuses on enjoyment, wellbeing, routine and choice, helping children feel comfortable and supported, and giving carers peace of mind that their child is happy, safe and well cared for.
