The ground floor comprises of a conservatory, lounge, utility room and fully adapted kitchen; twin bedroom and single bedroom with Sidhill profiling bed; large bathroom with toilet and wet floor shower, tracking hoist from large bathroom into single bedroom and a separate toilet. There is a stairlift providing access to the first floor which comprises of a twin room, a stunning double sitting/ bedroom, and a modern wet floor shower room. All rooms have spectacular uninterrupted views of the sea which can also be enjoyed from the conservatory.

The large single bedroom has profiling bed and a ceiling hoist from this room into the large family bathroom. A further wet room is available upstairs which can be accessed via a stairlift and the kitchen downstairs has lowered counter tops.
