Full service description:

In Shared Lives, an adult or young person who needs support is matched with a carefully approved Shared Lives carer. Together, the person needing support and the Shared Lives carer share the carer’s family and community life. When you choose who supports you, you and your Shared Lives carer, and their friends and family, often becoming friends €“ as well as getting the professional support you need.
